Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse shipping address for your bulk goods.
Secure Logistics & Shipping
Pack the items securely in their original commercial packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection & Refund
Our warehouse team will inspect the inventory for resale quality, and once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
